The Founder’s mission for OCB was to provide the highest level of eye care to their patients and advanced training for young ophthalmologists.
To continue in this spirit, the Founder’s Educational Fund has been established to honor our Founders and their commitment to education and training.
The Ophthalmology Fellowship Program at OCB is designed to develop skilled medical and surgical ophthalmology clinicians and is among the most competitive in the country. OCB, in conjunction with Harvard Medical School, and Tufts Medical Center, has trained over 200 fellows in the past 40 years. Funding from the Center for Eye Research and Education, as well as Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston, enables OCB to maintain its commitment to training.
